The original base price have non-exclusive, non-commercial license. If you want to acquire a commercial license for the artworks, please use the breakdown below as a reference.
+ 20% for print marketing
– includes freebies, PR box inclusion, bookmark and postcard which won’t be sold separately from the book or as is
+ 70% for merch
– includes stickers, bookmarks, prints, overlays, postcard etc which can be sold separately from the book or as is
– license is for five years only and can be relicensed again

Illustration focuses more on the storytelling, scene and atmosphere of the piece rather than just the characters (which makes it different from the character art with background. If you want an artwork for a book scene which focuses on the environment, storytelling/action, and character, then this is the preferrable choice over character art.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do you use Generative AI on your works?
I don’t and never would use AI on my illustration. As an artist I’m against Generative AI that steals human artists’ works to generate its own.
As much as possible, please do not send AI generated reference for your commissions.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes! I offer payment plans. You can pay in half after I send you the confirmation email (along with the sketch and contract), and then the other half once I’m done with the artwork and before I send the final pieces. Or, you can also pay in full upfront after I send you the confirmation email.
Do you accept rush commissions?
Depending on the commissions that I have in line, I may only accept works that are given at least a month before the deadline. However, if it’s not peak season there are still slots available for the month, I may take rush commission with an additional rush fee.
Rush fee would depend on how short the turnaround time is.
Do I need to pay a reservation fee?
Yes, a non-refundable $25 (or PHP 300) reservation fee is required to reserve your spot for orders that are book months ahead, which will then be deducted on your total payment. I’ve had experiences of clients suddenly backing out or disappearing after I’ve worked and sent the sketch of their orders. I hope you understand!
Are these pricing the same for all client type?
No, these prices are only applicable for indie authors and small bookish business owners. If you’re a publisher, business owner, designer or art director who needs bigger scope of license for the artwork, please send me an inquiry so we can discuss about it.
Do you offer discounts?
Yes! I offer 10% discount for book series with at least 3 books, and 10% discount for clients who have commissioned me at least 3 times.
Can I send you AI generated references?
As much as possible, please do not send AI generated reference for your commissions. You can send as many images you’d like, even your own sketch with just stickman is possible.
Are you also open for working with special edition/book boxes?
Absolutely! I would love to work with special edition and book boxes! Although the pricing may differ from what was put in here depending on the scale of your business. Please send me a message/email so we can better discuss about it.
How long will it take to complete my project?
It might take from 3 weeks to more than a month, but the timeline of each project will vary depending on the scope of work and any additional requests or changes that may occur throughout the project. Generally speaking, though, after discussing your needs further, I’ll be able to give you an estimated timeline so you can plan accordingly.
Can I cancel my order and refund?
As long as the confirmation email with the sketch and contract hasn’t been sent yet, you may cancel your order with a reasonable cause. Once the payment and sketch has already been sent, the order cannot be cancelled, nor the payment will be refunded.
